The Association levies assessments of $123, payable in one annual installment, for common expenses.

   

Special assessments may also be levied for the same purpose.

   

A late charge of 6% is currently applied to any assessment or installment thereof which is not paid within 90 days after the date it is due.

A fee of One Hundred dollars ($100.00) is currently charged by the Association for the preparation of this Disclosure Packet.

The Association has a Capital Improvement Plan. The current balance is included in the monthly financial report included. In 2021 a major rebuilding of the Sports Court Common

Grounds was completed. Details are in the General Membership Meeting materials.
