Annual Dues Assessment
(For those who do not live on a mini-court)
The Board of Directors of the Springfield Station Homeowners’ Association has set the annual assessment for 2020 at $120.00 (no change from previous year).
For your convenience we are providing the option to pay your annual dues by credit card. Unfortunately there is a transaction fee.  If you chose to pay by credit card the amount charged will be:
